N.B. Depending on your connection speed, some of these files may be slow in downloading Terms & Conditions Registration for all our workshops is subject to the following terms and conditions: 1. All registrations must be in writing either by fax, email, online or post – telephone bookings cannot be taken. 2. MMS reserves the right to cancel the workshop or change the date or venue if necessary. All registered delegates will be advised of these changes prior to the meeting. The programme and speakers may be changed without prior notice. 3. MMS cannot accept responsibility for lost or corrupt registrations. If you are in doubt about registration, please call to check we have received your details. 5. Please note that your name, position and organisation will be circulated to all attendees at the workshop. 4. Cancellations and substitutions: Cancellations or substitutions must be made in writing. Cancellations made 4 weeks before the workshop date will be charged at 10% of the invoice total, cancellations made 2 weeks before the workshop date will be charged at 50% of the invoice total. Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the workshop date will be charged at the full invoice total. Joining Instructions (Confirmation letter, programme and directions to venue) Details will be emailed or posted to delegates up to two weeks before the workshop.
